That: The September 6, 2023 Senior Citizens Advisory Committee meeting minutes be postponed to the November 27, 2023 Council Meeting in order to revise the language used under the January 2024 heading.

That: Report PDS-69-2023 be postponed to the December 18, 2023 Council meeting.

That: Council accepts the resignation of Devlin Knutt from the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee, and further That: Council directs staff to proceed with filling the vacancy in accordance with the Procedural By-law.

McDermott That: Council accepts the resignation of Terry Moore from the Fort Erie Public Library Board, and further That: Council directs staff to proceed with filling the vacancy in accordance with the Procedural By-law.

That: Council approves the amendment to the Town’s Zoning By-law 129- 90 as detailed in Report PDS-69-2023 for the lands known as 986 Ridge Road North, and further That: Council directs Staff to submit the necessary By-law, and further That: Council approves the Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium for 986 Ridge Road North, showing 3 new lots and 1 retained lot, as attached as Appendix “4” of Report PDS-69-2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13 and the Regulations thereunder, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix “5” of Report PDS-69-2023, and further That: Council directs staff to circulate the Conditions of Draft Plan Approval in Appendix “5” of Report PDS-69-2023 to the applicable agencies in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act.
