THAT:The Town enter into a Licence Agreement with Rogers Communication Inc. to locate a cellular tower on the unopened Bridge Street Road Allowance east of Winger Road, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and the Clerk to execute the Licence Agreement and requisite documents, and further THAT:Staff be directed to encourage all cellular tower providers to locate installations on public lands when possible, in order to support community benefit. (

THAT:The list of taxes and penalties totaling $26,710.57, attached as Appendix "A" to Report No. CS-50-10 be cancelled, reduced or refunded as applicable in accordance with Section 357 and 358 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and direct staff to prepare the appropriate by-law. (

THAT:Paragraph “1” of the recommendation be amended to read as follows: THAT:The 2011 budget and forecast based on the assumption of the key drivers impacting the budget, as outlined in Report No. CS-51-10 be received for information. (

THAT:The 2011 budget and forecast based on the assumption of the key drivers impacting the budget, as outlined in Report No. CS-51-10 be received for information, and further THAT:Council hereby approve the proposed timetable and meeting schedule attached as Appendix "B". (

THAT:The entry into an Opt-in Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as Represented by the Ministry of the Attorney General to facilitate the collection and enforcement of parking fines by use of plate denial, in a form satisfactory to the Town Solicitor, be authorized and approved, and further THAT:The Regional Municipality of Niagara be notified of the Agreement, and further THAT:The Mayor and Clerk be authorized and directed to execute the said Agreement. (

THAT:The Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie hereby adjourns at 7:38 p.m. (
