That: Council receives Report No. PDS-95-2016 regarding the proposed amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 129-90 to address the impacts of infill development and historic lot sizes in Crystal Beach for information purposes only, and further That: Council directs staff to present a report on the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 129-90 to address the impacts of infill development and historic lot sizes in Crystal Beach at a future Council-in-Committee meeting with the recommendations following the Public Meeting. (

That: Council approves the addition of 848 Garrison Road (Cruikshank House) to the Town’s Heritage Registry as a non- designated building, and further That: Council requests the Municipal Heritage Standing Committee to evaluate 848 Garrison Road in greater detail and provide a recommendation to Council relative to the possible designation of the home under the Heritage Act, and further That: A copy of Report No. PDS-96-2016 be provided to the Town’s Municipal Heritage Standing Committee. (

That: Council supports the comments on the Niagara Parks Commission Service Road Policy Review as outlined in Report No. PDS-97-2016, and further That: Council authorizes staff to forward a copy of Report No. PDS-97-2016 to the Niagara Parks Commission for their consideration, and further That: Council requests that a copy of Report No. PDS-97-2016 be forwarded to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls and the Region of Niagara for their information. (

That: Council rejects the resolutions requested by Niagara Solar Power Ltd. in their letter to His Worship Mayor Redekop dated November 14, 2016, and that Niagara Solar Power Company Ltd. be so advised. (
