That: Council approves the user fees and charges proposed in Appendix "1" to Report No. CBC-02-2017, exclusive of building permit fees, and directs staff to submit the by-law for Council approval on the proposed date of January 23, 2017, and further That: Council authorizes staff to prepare a by-law to adjust building fees following a Public Meeting in accordance with the Ontario Building Code Act. (
