THAT:A housekeeping amendment to Zoning By-law No. 129-90, for the lands on the north side of Bertie Street, east of Ridge Road from a "Site Specific Agricultural A-290 Zone" to a "Agricultural A Zone" be approved, and further THAT:A housekeeping amendment to Zoning By-law No. 129-90, for the lands on the north side of Curtis Road and the west side of Laur Road from a "Agricultural A Zone" to a "Site Specific Agricultural A-290 Zone" be approved, and further THAT:A zoning by-law amendment for the lands located on the north side of Bertie Street, east of Ridge Road and on the north side of Curtis Road and the west side of Laur Road be submitted to Council for approval. THAT:The application by Giovanni Aldo Riva to amend the Zoning By-law No. 129-90 from a "Site Specific Residential 2 R2-261" to a "Site Specific Residential 2 R2 Zone" to recognize a reduced side yard setback (Part 1) and to recognize a reduced side yard setback within the "Site Specific Residential R2-261 Zone" (Parts 2 and 3) be approved, and further THAT:A zoning by-law amendment for 381 Ridgeway Road be submitted to Council for approval. (

THAT:The Town Solicitor be authorized and directed to execute a release of the Town's right to re-purchase Parcel 1, in a form satisfactory to the Town Solicitor, and further THAT:The Town Solicitor be authorized and directed to execute a release of the Town's right to re-purchase Parcel 2 with respect to the "Site Plan and Construct and Occupy" requirements, in a form satisfactory to the Town Solicitor, once the Chief Building Official is satisfied that the Building Permit has been completed and occupancy is granted, and further THAT:The owner's request for a release of the Town's "No-Speculation" right to re- purchase Parcel 2, be denied at this time. (
