THAT: Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session to discuss Human Resource Matters pursuant to the memorandum of the CAO dated January 3, 2002. (

THAT: Council-in-Committee does now rise and reconvene with no report. (

THAT: Council award the tender for Bertie Street Reconstruction – Phase 1 (Concession Road to Central Avenue) – Contract No. PW01.BEP1 at the tendered amount of $1,362,287.00, including 7% g.s.t. to V. Gibbons Contracting Ltd. of Fort Erie, Ontario, and further THAT: Staff be authorized to prepare the necessary by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (

THAT: Council receive Administrative Report PW-02-2002 as a status report for the Scott Avenue Reconstruction Project, and further THAT: Council be advised of the removal of the sidewalk on the East Side of Scott Avenue, and the repair/replacement of the sidewalk on the west side of Scott Avenue and the reconstruction of Scott Avenue to the existing semi-urban cross-section. (

THAT: The annual report for the Committee of Adjustment be adopted, and further THAT: The fees for the processing of applications to the Committee of Adjustment be amended as outlined in this report. (

THAT: A by-law be presented to Council amending Zoning By-law No. 129-90 to permit the erection, alteration, extension or enlargement of building superstructures on lands composed of two or more contiguous lots provided that all requirements of the appropriate zone are complied with and the lands are subject to a site plan agreement. (
