That: Council receive Report PBBS-48-2026 regarding the Town of Fort Erie Zoning By-law Review; and further, That: Council endorse the preliminary directions identified through the technical review and Phase 1 consultation process to guide preparation of the draft Comprehensive Zoning By-law; and further, That: Staff be directed to continue preparation of the Town's new Comprehensive Zoning By-law and undertake additional public consultation prior to bringing a draft zoning by-law forward for Council consideration.
