That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: Council receives Report No. CDS-08-2016 regarding short term house rentals for information purposes. (

That: Council approves the amendment to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 for the lands at 4152 Erie Road to rezone from General Commercial C2 Zone to a Site Specific General Commercial C2 Zone as detailed in Appendix "4" of Report No. PDS-33-2016, and further That: Council directs staff to submit the necessary by-laws for approval, and further That: Council directs staff to forward a copy of the amendments to the Regional Municipality of Niagara for their records. (

That: Council approves the application from Vic Kerschl (Agent) for Don Couture and Alexis Cathcart (Owners) to amend the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 for the property located at 329 Brock Street from Residential 2 R2 Zone to a Site Specific Residential 3 R3 Zone as detailed in Appendix "3" of Report No. PDS-34-2016, and further That: Council directs staff to submit a Zoning By-law Amendment for approval to be held until the Applicants complete fencing as detailed in Appendix "4" of Report No. PDS-34-2016, and all required information for the building permit application and all applicable fees have been paid to the satisfaction of the Building and Inspections Division. (

That: Council approves the amendments to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 as detailed in Appendix "4" of Report No. PDS-35-2016 regarding the Village Creek Phase 3 Subdivision, and further That: Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-law, and further That: Council approves the Village Creek Phase 3 Revised Draft Plan of Subdivision dated June 29, 2016 showing 53 lots for single detached dwellings and 6 blocks of townhouses for a total of 22 street townhouse units as shown in Appendix "3", in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P 13 and the regulations thereunder, subject to the conditions Page 7 of 8 Council-in-Committee - 04 Apr 2016 Meeting Minutes contained in Appendix "6" of Report No. PDS-35-2016, and further That: Council directs staff to circulate The Conditions of Draft Plan Approval in Appendix "6" of Report No. PDS-35-2016 to the applicable agencies in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act. (
