THAT: Council hereby supports the Section 4, Drainage Petition (attached as Appendix "A") for improved drainage outlets for Willow Road, and further THAT: This petition be directed to the City of Niagara Falls for their review and action. (

THAT: Council hereby awards Contract FM-06-12 for the purchase of a replacement Articulated 4-wheel Drive Front End Loader with Quick Coupler to Strongco Limited Partnership - Case Division of Grimsby, Ontario for a total upset limit of $129,950.00 (inclusive of hst), and further THAT: Council hereby receives for information purposes, the tender results of five (5) pickup trucks and vans that will be ordered pursuant to By-law No. 2-10 "Purchase of Goods, Services and Construction." (

THAT: Council hereby approves the March 1, 2012 Land Committee meeting minutes attached as Appendix "1" to Report No. CAO-06/LC-03-12, and further COUNCIL-IN-COMMITTEE MINUTES – MONDAY, MARCH 26, 2012 PAGE FOUR THAT: Council approves the recommended tasks as outlined in Appendix "2" to Report No. CAO-06/LC-03-12. (

THAT: Council hereby receives Report No. CAO-07-12 as the first status report on Council's 2011-2014 Strategic Plan for information purposes. (

THAT: Council hereby receives Report No. CS-08-12 for information purposes. (

THAT: Council hereby receives Report No. CS-09-12 regarding the Development Charges Reserve Fund Status for information purposes only. (

THAT: Council hereby receives Report No. CS-10-12 proposing changes to Development Charges By-law No. 98-09 as a Background Development Charges Study, required by Section 10 of the Development Charges Act prior to amending By-law No, 98-09, and further THAT: Notice of a proposed by-law attached as Appendix "3" to amend Development Charges By-law No. 98-09 and copies of Report No. CS-10-12 and the proposed amending by-law, be provided to the public in accordance with the requirements of the Development Charges Act, and further THAT: A public meeting be held on April 23, 2012 to hear representations from the public regarding the proposed amendments to Development Charges By-law No. 98-09. (

THAT: Council hereby receives and supports the Association of the Municipalities of Ontario resolution attached as Appendix "A", and further COUNCIL-IN-COMMITTEE MINUTES – MONDAY, MARCH 26, 2012 PAGE FIVE THAT: The appropriate person(s) outlined in Appendix "A" be so notified of this action. (

THAT: Council hereby receives Report No. CS-12-12 regarding the Statement of Remuneration and Expenses for Mayor, Council and persons appointed by Council for information purposes only. (

THAT: This report be received for information purposes, and further THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council to update Records Retention Schedule By-law No. 43-09. (
