That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: Council amends Recommendation No. 2 by also removing from the October 21, 2015 Land Committee Meeting Minutes attached as Appendix "1", approval of Outstanding Matters item 8, Beattie Lakeshore Road property. (

That: Council approves New Business item 2 of the October 21, 2015 Land Committee Meeting Minutes attached as Appendix "1", request to purchase part of Princeton Avenue. (

That: Council directs staff to present a report on the Beattie Lakeshore Road property matter for ultimate determination by Council. (

That: Council receives Report No. CAO-22-2015 for information purposes and files said report and directs staff that no further dialogue takes place. (

That: Council adopts the amended Fire Department Operating By-law as proposed in Report No. CAO-23-2015 regarding the Fire Department Operating By-law, and further That: Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-law. (

That: Council considers the amended 2015/16 Volunteer Firefighter Honorarium as proposed in Report No. CAO-24-2015 during the 2016 Budget deliberations, and further That: If approved during the budget deliberations, Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-law. (

That: Pursuant to Section 17.10 (c) of Council Rules of Procedure, consent is hereby granted to consider an urgent Community and Development Services matter. (

That: Council amends Recommendation No. 10 by adding Greg Filipowicz as a member for the Fort Erie Waterfront Strategy Community Focus Group. (

That: Council appoints three Council representatives to the Community Focus Group, being Mayor Redekop, Councillor Passero and Councillor Lubberts. (
