That: Council approves the amendments to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 as detailed in Appendix "3" of Report No. PDS-10-2017 for the lands known as 4099 Niagara River Parkway, and further Page 3 of 7 Council-in-Committee - 06 Feb 2017 Meeting Minutes That: Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-law. (

That: Recommendation No. 2 be amended to reflect a change in Appendix “1” of the report, Proposed Member Selection Process, to include Council Members in the review of applications, in addition to the Communities-in-Bloom Committee. (

That: Council receives Report No. PDS-12-2017 regarding 2016 year end development, building and by-law statistical reporting for information purposes, and further That: Council directs staff to forward a copy of Report No. PDS- 12-2017 to the Regional Planning and Development Services Department, the Fort Erie Economic Development and Tourism Corporation, District School Board of Niagara and Niagara District Catholic School Board. (

That: Council authorizes staff to appeal the decision of the Committee of Adjustment regarding File B02/17 F.E. by February 10, 2017. (

That: Council directs staff to provide a report regarding the Page 5 of 7 Council-in-Committee - 06 Feb 2017 Meeting Minutes inclusion of properties up to and including 218 Jarvis Street, westerly along Jarvis in the CIP for Council’s deliberation. (

That: Council directs staff to provide a report to Council with options on amending the Zoning By-law to allow sea containers on commercial properties. (

That: Council receives for information Report No. COS-03-2017: Revisions to the Municipal Elections Act. (

That: Council-in-Committee adjourns at 7:38 p.m. (
