it is the intention of Council to refrain from adding any lands for residential development into the Urban Area Boundary (“UAB”) through the adoption of a new Town of Fort Erie Official Plan; Whereas there is one parcel of land (identified as 1589 Nigh Road) adjacent to the existing UAB south of Nigh Road between Buffalo Road and Rosehill Road for which a Plan of Subdivision has been approved for rural residential lots without sanitary sewer service; Whereas development on these lands can be intensified and fully serviced and shall be developed in coordination and collaboration with the lands to the east that front on Buffalo Road.
