THAT: The application to remove part lot control on Lot 13, Plan 8, NP 539, in the Town of Fort Erie be approved; and THAT: A by-law be submitted at Council removing Lot 13, Plan 8, NP 539, in the Town of Fort Erie from part lot control after input has been received from abutting neighbours; and THAT: The by-law expire six months from the date of the passage of the by- law; and THAT: The Clerk notify the owner of the passage of the by-law; and THAT: The Clerk in accordance with the Planning Act register the by-law in the Land Registry Office. (
