THAT:The amendments to the Town's Official Plan and Zoning By-law No. 129- 90 regarding Medical Marihuana Grow and Production Facilities be approved and the necessary by-laws be submitted to Council for approval, and further THAT:The amendments to the Site Plan Control By-law to require the Medical Marihuana Grow and Production Facilities be subject to site plan control, be approved and the necessary by-law be submitted to Council for approval. (

THAT:Staff be directed to notify the Molinaro’s that the sales trailer must be removed by February 14, 2014. (

THAT:Staff submit a report to Council outlining departmental improvements made to customer service affecting the development industry and the benchmarks thereto. (

THAT:Pursuant to Section 16.10 of Council Rules of Procedure By-law No. 145-06, as amended, consent is hereby granted to consider Corporate Services matter due to urgent circumstances. (

THAT:This report be received for information and funding of $10,000 for a Web Based Universal Payment Engine be directed to the 2014 Supplemental Operating Budget for consideration. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 7:36 p.m. to discuss the following: (a) Human Resource Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of Municipal Act, 2001, as amended – Labour relations or employee negotiations) Re: Update on Negotiations with CUPE Local 714 (

THAT:Council-n-Committee does now rise and reconvene from closed session at 9:15 p.m. with the following report: THAT:The Town’s Negotiating Committee be directed to act in accordance with the instructions of Council in the matter of Collective Bargaining with CUPE Local 714. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now hereby adjourn at 9:15 p.m. (
