THAT: The Community Gaming Development Corporation 2009 Operating Budget as provided in Appendix "A" be received for information and incorporated in the final consolidated budget presentation, and further THAT: The Community Health and Wellness 2009 Operating Budget as provided in Appendix "B" be received for information and incorporated in the final consolidated budget presentation. (

THAT: The listing of proposed changes and indexing of user fees attached as Appendices "A" to "E" be received for information purposes, and further THAT: The consolidated listing of municipal fees and charges as identified in Appendix "F" be received for information purposes, and further THAT: The user fee changes proposed in this report be presented at the February 11, 2009 Council-in-Budget Committee meeting for approval and incorporated in the 2009 budget, subject to changes proposed by Legal & Legislative Services. (
