That: Council accepts the applications to boards and committees received after the deadline of December 10, 2014. (

That: The applicants received for the Accessibility Advisory Committee along with Councillor Butler be appointed and that the Interim Clerk re-advertise to fill the vacancy. (

That: The Bridgeburg Station Downtown Business Improvement Area Board of Management’s request to increase its composition from six (6) members to eight (8) members be hereby granted, and further That: The applicants received for the Bridgeburg BIA Board of Management along with Councillor McDermott be appointed. (

That: The applicants received for the Crystal Beach Business Improvement Area Board of Management along with Councillor Lubberts be appointed and the Interim Clerk advise the BIA Board of Management of the option to increase its composition from six (6) members to eight (8) members and to solicit the membership to fill the vacancies. (

That: The applicants received for the Crystal Beach Beautification Committee be appointed and that the Interim Clerk enquire if the committee wishes to re-advertise for additional members. (
