Regular Council in Committee

That: Pursuant to Section 17.3 (a) of Council Rules of Procedure, consent is hereby granted to consider urgent Community and Development Services Matters. (

That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: Council hereby approve the May 7, 2015 Land Committee meeting minutes attached as Appendix "1" save and except the Kinsmen Pool portion; and further That: Council approve the recommended tasks as outlined in Appendix "2". (

That: Council hereby approve the Kinsmen Pool portion of the May 7, 2015 Land Committee meeting minutes. (

That: Council direct staff to prepare a Licence Agreement to permit the use of the municipal parking lot by the Bridgeburg BIA for the purposes of conducting the "Bridgeburg Rustic Farmer's Market". (

That: The application from R. Desmond Rasch (Agent) for Giusippina Frumusa (Owner) to amend the Zoning By-law for the property located at 114 Idylewylde Street from the Residential 2 R2 Zone to a Site Specific Residential 2A R2A Zone and Site Specific Residential 2 R2 Zone be approved and a Zoning By-law Amendment be submitted to Council, and further That: Council close the Public Meeting. (

That: Council approve the Land Committee's recommended site located at 1 Municipal Centre Drive in the location of the existing Town Tower, and further That: The Town enter into a Lease Agreement with Niagara Regional Police Services, to locate a telecommunication tower on part of 1 Municipal Centre Drive, and further That: The provisions of By-law No. 184-07 (Sale of Land Policy) be waived to permit entry into the Lease Agreement. (

That: Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 6:59 p.m. to discuss the following: (a) Human Resource Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001 – Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees) Re: Chief Administrative Officer Vacancy (

That: Council-in-Committee does now rise and reconvene from closed session at 8:35 p.m. with the following report; That: Staff proceed as directed. (
