That: The user fee changes proposed in Appendix “1” to Report No. CBC-01-2015, exclusive of building permit fees, be approved and the Council-in-Budget Committee Meeting #1 Minutes – Wednesday, January 14, 2015 Page three consolidated fee schedule by-law be amended accordingly, and further, That: A by-law be submitted to Council to adjust building fees following a Public Meeting in accordance with the Ontario Building Code Act. (

That: The 2015 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget inclusive of the Supplementary Budget attached as Appendix “1” be approved, and further That: The 2015 Water and Wastewater Base and Consumption rates be revised, subject to Regional Council approval of forecasted treatment rates, effective with billing for January 2015 consumption as follows: 2015 2014 2015 2014 2015 2014 Water Water Wastewater Wastewater Combined Combined Rate Rate Rate Rate Rate Rate Base Rate $24.52 $24.27 $40.25 $39.85 $64.77 $64.12 Consumption $1.192 $1.123 $1.261 $1.239 $2.453 $2.362 Rate m3 and further, That: The 2015 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget exclude the capital asset amortization of $1,402,246, and further That: The 2015 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget and Rates By- law be directed to Council for approval on February 9, 2015.
