That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended, save and except Report No. PDS-28-2021. (

That: Council accepts and approves the tender submission from Touchstone Site Contractors Inc. for Tender PDS-21T-FERN23 Bertie Centennial Park Multi-Use Court to an upset limit of $190,202.73 (including 13% HST), and further That: Council amends the 2021 Capital Budget to supplement the Bertie Centennial Park Multi-Use Court account (FERN23) by $22,000, with $11,110 sourced from the Parkland Reserve Fund and $10,890 sourced from the Development Charges Reserve for Parks and Recreation (ID 3.3.14). (

That: Council directs that Report No. PDS-12-2021 be further postponed to June 14, 2021. (

That: Council directs that Report No. PDS-19-2021 be further postponed to June 14, 2021. (

That: Council waive Council Rules of Procedure to permit the giving of a Notice of Motion this evening, and to have the Motion returnable at the Council-in-Committee Meeting on April 19, 2021. (

That: Council receives the April 1, 2021 Land Committee meeting minutes attached as Appendix “1” to Report No. CAO- 09/LC-04-2021, and further That: Council approves the recommendations contained in Appendix “2”. (
