That: Council approves the 2016 Preliminary Capital Budget of $5,683,000 as per Appendix “1” to Report No. CBC-01-2016 and directs staff to submit the By-law for Council approval on November 23, 2015, and further That: Council defers approval of the balance of the 2016 Capital Budget of $25,653,592 as per Appendix “2” to Report No. CBC- 01-2016 to February 22, 2016 with the review of the 2016 General Levy Budget, and further That: Council approves the exclusion of amortization from the 2016 Operating Budget as required by Ontario Regulation 284/09. (
