THAT:Council consider the Consent Agenda at the conclusion of Community and Development Services however, the minutes will reflect the order of the agenda, as printed. (

THAT:The recommendations contained in Report Nos. CDS-25-2014, CDS-26- 2014; CDS-27-2014 and CDS-29-2014 be and they are hereby approved. (

THAT:Council hereby authorizes the acceptance of the Offer to Purchase 200 Lincoln Road from 800547 Ontario Limited (Ed Lenchyshyn), in the amount of $25,000.00, and further COUNCIL-IN-COMMITTEE MINUTES – MONDAY, APRIL 7, 2014 PAGE NINETEEN THAT:Council hereby authorizes the acceptance of the Offer to Purchase 3960 Victoria Road from 800547 Ontario Limited (Ed Lenchyshyn), in the amount of $25,000.00, being the highest price submitted, and further THAT:The Interim Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to execute the Agreements of Purchase and Sale and all documentation required to complete both transactions. (

THAT:This report be received for information purposes and a report on the Housekeeping Zoning By-law Amendments be presented to a future Council-in- Committee Meeting with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

THAT:This report be received for information purposes, and a report on the Revised Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment be presented to a future Council-in-Committee Meeting with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

THAT:This report be received for information purposes for both the proposed Ridgeway and Bridgeburg Community Improvement Plans (CIPs) and CIP Project Areas, and further THAT:A recommendation report be prepared for each of the proposed Ridgeway and Bridgeburg CIPs and CIP Project Areas, and further THAT:Regional Planning and Development Services Department, along with Ministry of Municipal Affairs, receive a copy of this report for their information. (

THAT:The application from Jason Newton to amend the Zoning By-law No. 129- 90 from Neighbourhood Development to a Site Specific Residential 1 R1 Zone be approved and a Zoning By-law Amendment be submitted to Council. (

THAT:Council hereby receives this report, and further THAT:Council hereby approves the schedule of Lot Grading Deposits contained herein. (

THAT:Council hereby receives Report No. CDS-36-2014 for information purposes, and further THAT:Council hereby authorizes staff to determine the optimal sport field fees for 2015 and beyond, based upon the principles recommended in this report, or alternate parameters as determined by Council, and to present a recommendation at a future meeting of Council. (

THAT:The hour of adjournment be extended beyond 10:00 p.m. (

THAT:That staff be hereby directed to proceed with preparing a Master Plan as set out in this report. (

THAT:Council allow the Land Titles Absolute Application to continue and that it not be

THAT:The two recommendation concerning the Crystal Beach Master Plan and the repeal of By-law No. 26-10 be considered separately with the Crystal Beach Master Plan to be considered first. (

THAT:Staff be directed to start the Master Plan process utilizing $50,000 of Town resources and requesting matching funds from the Region in the amount of $50,000 under its Lakefront Enhancement Strategy Program, and further THAT:Staff submit a further report to Council setting out the steps for the Master Plan process. (

THAT:Council hereby directs staff to begin the process of repealing By-law No. 26-10. (
