Regular Council in Committee

THAT:Council hereby accepts the Engineer's Report (November 2013) for the Zavitz Municipal Drain, and further THAT:Council directs staff to continue with the legislative process to meet the timelines and requirements under the Ontario Drainage Act, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council on February 10, 2014 for consideration. (

THAT:Council hereby approves the January 21, 2014 Land Committee Meeting minutes attached as Appendix "1" to Report No. CAO-2/LC-4-2014, save and except Recommendation Nos. 3, 6 and Outstanding Land Matters Nos. 2 and 11, and further THAT:Council hereby approves the recommended tasks as outlined in Appendix "2" to Report No. CAO-2/LC-4-2014. (

THAT:Council hereby approves Recommendation No. 3 and Outstanding Land Matters Nos. 2 and 11 of the January 21, 2014 Land Committee Meeting minutes attached as Appendix "1" to Report No. CAO-2/LC-4-2014. (

THAT:Council hereby approves Recommendation No. 6 of the January 21, 2014 Land Committee Meeting minutes attached as Appendix "1" to Report No. CAO- 2/LC-4-2014. (

THAT:Council hereby authorizes repayment to the District School Board of Niagara in the amount of $199,982.24 for the overcharge of water and wastewater consumption at Ridgeway Crystal Beach High School, and further THAT:The wastewater repayment be made in 2014 with funding from the Wastewater Rate Stabilization Reserve, and further THAT:50% of the water consumption be made in 2014 and 50% in 2015 with funding from the Water Rate Stabilization Reserve. (

THAT: Council hereby approves and authorizes the acceptance of a transfer of that part of the travelled given road in front of 4045 West Main Street for highway purposes. (
