THAT: The user fee changes proposed in Appendix "1" to CBC-02-2014, exclusive of building permit fees, be approved and the Consolidated Fee Schedule By-law be amended accordingly, and further THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council to adjust building fees following a Public Meeting in accordance with the Ontario Building Code Act. (

THAT: The 2014 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget inclusive of the Supplementary Budget attached as Appendix "2" be approved, and further THAT: The 2014 Water and Wastewater Base and Consumption rates be revised, subject to Regional Council approval of forecasted treatment rates, effective with billing for January 2014 consumption as follows: 2014 2013 014 2013 2014 2013 Water Water Wastewater Wastewater Combined Combined Rate Rate Rate Rate Rate Rate Base Rate $24.27 $24.27 $39.85 $40.87 $64.12 $65.14 Consumption $1.123 $1.095 $1.239 $1.204 $2.362 $2.299 Rate/m3 , and further THAT: The 2014 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget exclude the capital asset amortization of $1,427,246, and further THAT: The 2014 Water and Wastewater Operating Budget and Rates By-law be directed to Council for approval on January 20, 2014. THAT: Council hereby receives Report No. CBC-04-2014 regarding the Water Emergency Relief Fund (WERF) for information purposes, and further COUNCIL-IN-BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING #2 – WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2013 PAGE THREE THAT: Administrative Policy Directive No. APD-01-2008, as revised and attached as Appendix "1" be received for information. (
