Regular Council in Committee

THAT:The Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie hereby agrees to a three year $45,000 educational grant to Donna Poirier upon her successful enrolment into the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program (Family Nurse Practitioner) at Rush University, and further THAT:Upon the demonstration of successful enrolment, a by-law be brought to the Municipal Council authorizing the entering into an agreement between Donna Poirier and the Town of Fort Erie prescribing the conditions under which the grant will be made. (

THAT:Council hereby extends Draft Plan Approval for the River Trail Estates 2 - Phase 2 - Draft Plan of Subdivision located on the east side of Black Creek Road, south of River Trail until November 6, 2013, and further THAT:The owner and Regional Public Works Department Services Division be so advised. (

THAT:The Accessibility Advisory Committee be requested to review the possibility of phasing in existing municipal parking lots. (

THAT:Report No. CDS-63-11, regarding an Amendment to Zoning By-law No. 129-90, Accessible Parking Standards be approved, and further THAT:A zoning by-law be submitted to Council for approval, and further THAT:The Accessibility Advisory Committee be requested to review the possibility of phasing in existing municipal parking lots. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 9:37 p.m. to discuss the following: (a) Personal Matters (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of Municipal Act 2001 – Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees) Re: Council Meeting Performance Assessment by Western Management Consultants (

THAT:The hour of adjournment be extended beyond 10:00 p.m. (

THAT:Council-in-Committee does now rise and reconvene from closed session at 10:37 p.m. with no report. (
