THAT:The 2013 Capital Budget in the amount of $8,679,350, save and except Capital Project PROS05 Prospect Point Road – Phase 1 in the amount of $26,000, as per Appendix "A" to Report No. CBC-03-13 be hereby approved and the by-law be submitted for Council approval on February 25, 2013, and further THAT:As required by Ontario Regulation 284/09 Council approves the exclusion of amortization from the 2013 Operating Budget. (
