That: Council approves the amendment to the Town’s Consolidated 2021 Official Plan as detailed in Report PDS-02-2024 for the lands known as 1211, 1225, and 1237 Pettit Road, and futher That: Council approves the amendment to the Town’s Zoning By-law 129-90 as detailed in Report PDS-02-2024 for the lands known as 1211, 1225, and 1237 Pettit Road, and futher That: Council directs that the Holding Provision not be removed until sufficient sanitary capacity is available, to the satisfaction of the Town, and further That: Council directs Staff to submit the necessary Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment By-law, and further That: Council approves the Draft Plan of Subdivision dated January 5, 2024, showing five lots for single-detached dwellings, six blocks for 12 semi-detached dwelling units, and 16 blocks for 81 street townhouses as illustrated in Appendix 2 of Report PDS-02-2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13 and the regulations thereunder, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix 4 of Report PDS-02-2024, and further That: Council directs staff to circulate the Conditions of Draft Plan Approval in Appendix 4 of Report PDS-02-2024 to the applicable agencies in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act .
