THAT: Report No. CDS-75-07 regarding a Zoning By-law amendment for the land located at 549 Garrison Road be received for information purposes, and further THAT: A report on the Zoning By-law amendment be presented to a future Council-in-Committee with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

THAT: Report No. CDS-76-07 regarding Draft Plan of Condominium for the lands located at 3395 River Trail Road be received for information purposes, and further THAT: A report on the Zoning By-law amendment be presented to a future Council-in-Committee with the recommendations subsequent to the Public Meeting. (

THAT: Schedules "F-1 and F-2" to the site plan agreement be amended to reflect full cost recovery to an Urban Cross Section Road (

THAT: Report No. CDS-77-07 being a supplemental report to CDS-87-1-06 regarding Albert Street Townhomes development be approved, and further THAT: The Town enter into a Site Plan Agreement with Reshma Nanavati and Zahra Lalani for the Albert Street Townhomes development located on the west side of Albert Street, south of Dominion Road, subject to receipt of the final drawings to Town's satisfaction, and further THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council to amend Zoning By-law No. 129-90 removing the Holding Provisions after the owner has entered into a Site Plan Agreement with the Town, and further THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and the Clerk to execute the Site Plan Agreement and requisite documents. (

THAT: In accordance with Committee of Adjustment Policy and Procedure PL-I- 11, there shall be no Town representation to defend the Committee of Adjustment Decision at the OMB Hearing to be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 concerning Minor Variance File No. A23/07, 223 Phipps Street, Todd Bews. (

THAT: The application by 876990 Ontario Limited to amend the Zoning By-law from "Local Commercial Holding C1 (H) Zone" to "Residential 2 Holding R2 (H) Zone" be approved and a Zoning By-law Amendment be submitted to Council for approval, and further THAT: The holding provision not be removed until a Development Agreement has been completed to the satisfaction of the Town. (

THAT: Report No. CDS-80-07 be received, and further THAT: A by-law appointing David Methot as a Building Inspector be presented to Council for adoption. (

THAT: Council support a one year extension of Draft Plan Approval for the MacKenzie Crossing Draft Plan of Subdivision, and further THAT: The owner and Regional Niagara Planning and Development Department be so advised. (

THAT: The Town enter into a Condominium Agreement with 1703385 Ontario Inc. for the proposed Condominium Conversion of the existing Townhouse Complex at 67-73 Hagey Avenue and 252-254 Bertie Street, east of Concession Road, and further THAT: A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and the Clerk to execute the Condominium Agreement with requisite documents. (

THAT: Pursuant to Section 16.9 of Procedural By-law No. 145-06, as amended, consent is hereby granted to consider Infrastructure Services Matters at this meeting due to extraordinary circumstances and also to receive a Notice of Motion from Councillor Lockwood to be considered at the next Council Meeting. (
