That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended except Report PDS-47-2016. (

That: Recommendation No. 2 be amended by changing the date of May 11, 2018 to June 13, 2017. (

That: Council receives Report No. PDS-49-2016 for information purposes only, and further That: Council directs staff to present a report on the Zoning By- law Amendment for the lands at 223-227 Gilmore Road at a future Council-in-Committee meeting with the recommendations following the Public Meeting. (

That: Council receives Report No. PDS-50-2016 for information purposes only, and further That: Council directs staff to present a report on the Zoning By- law Amendment for the lands at 0 Loomis Crescent at a future Council-in-Committee meeting with the recommendations following the Public Meeting. (

That: Council postpones Report No. PDS-51-2016 until the Council-in-Committee meeting of July 11, 2016. (

That: Council approves the amendments to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 and Fence By-law No. 70-2013 as detailed in Appendix "1" and Appendix "2" of Report No. PDS-53-2016 regarding the regulation of fences, and directs staff to submit the necessary by-laws to Council for approval, and further That: Council hereby determines that in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, further notice is not required as a result of the changes to the Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 129-90 and Fence By-law No. 70-2013 since the holding of the Public Meeting on May 2, 2016. (

That: Council hereby approves the amendments to the Town's Official Plan as detailed in Appendix "4" of Report No. PDS-54- 2016 and the amendments to the Town's Zoning By-law No. 129-90 as detailed in Appendix "5" of Report No. PDS-54-2016 for the lands known as 21 Wintemute Street, and further That: Council authorizes staff to prepare the necessary by-laws and present the by-laws to Council once the owner has entered into a site plan agreement with the Town, and further That: Council hereby determines that in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, further notice is not required as a result of the change to the minimum lot area to limit the site to 9 residential apartments since the holding of the Public Meeting on December 7, 2015. (

That: Council accepts and approves the quotation for the supply and installation of a four-post hoist for the J.L. Gibson Centre mechanics' garage from Whiting Equipment Services Company Ltd. in the amount of $50,384.64 (including 13% HST), and further Page 12 of 14 Council-in-Committee - 13 Jun 2016 Meeting Minutes That: Council amends the 2016 Capital Budget to include the project GCGH15, Gibson Centre Garage Hoist replacement with a budget of $46,000.00, to be funded from the Facilities Maintenance Reserve, in place of the previously approved budget of $65,000.00 for capital project SDRR15, Sand Dome Roof Replacements. (

That: Council authorizes the entry into a servicing agreement with Tykolis Holdings Ltd. for the extension of sanitary sewers and a water service connection on Regional Road 116 (Stevensville Road), and further That: Council agrees to front-end the cost of the servicing work subject to re-payment by Tykolis Holdings Ltd. all in accordance with the terms of the servicing agreement, and further That: Council authorizes staff to prepare a by-law to execute the servicing agreement and associated documents. (

That: Council approves the May 19, 2016 Land Committee meeting minutes attached as Appendix "1", and further That: Council approves the recommended task as outlined in Appendix "2". (
