THAT: Council award the contract for maintenance of the Snyder Municipal Drain at the tendered amount of $43,664.18 including 7% g.s.t. to C.R.L. Campbell Construction and Drainage Ltd. of Wainfleet Ontario; and THAT: Council authorize interim financing of expenditures for maintenance of the Snyder Municipal Drain to be repaid by the benefiting property owner; and THAT: Staff be authorized to prepare the necessary by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. (

THAT: The Clerk be directed to include on the next Council agenda correspondence received from the City of Windsor requesting support of their resolution to petition the Minister of Consumer and Commercial Relations to move forward with the proposed changes to the Liquor License Act as outlined in the Discussion Paper entitled “Building Safer Communities – Safer Communities Through Co-operative Enforcement” and support the recommendations of action in the Building Safer Communities report. (
