That: Council approves the Consent Agenda Items as recommended. (

That: Council authorizes the sale of Town-owned land municipally known as 469 Gloria Road, Lot 22, Plan 497, Bertie; Fort Erie as a Limited Marketability parcel to the Applicant, Linda Reid for $6,800.00 plus HST, subject to the land legally merging in title with the Applicant’s abutting property, and further That: Council directs that a By-law be submitted to Council to authorize the entry into an Agreement of Purchase and Sale. (

That: Council amends the 2018 Capital Budget to supplement the Crystal Ridge Park Improvements Project (CRYS18) by $225,105 with $40,000 from the General Levy Rate Stabilization Reserve, $93,478 from the Parkland Reserve, and $91,627 from the Development Charges Reserve Parks and Recreation category, and further That: Council awards the contract for Tender PDS-18T-CRYS18 Crystal Ridge Park Improvements to Stevensville Lawn Service Inc. for an upset limit of $1,284,342.44 (including 13% HST), and further That: Council awards the contract for contract administration of the Crystal Ridge Park improvements project to Dillon Consulting Limited for an upset limit of $76,082.17 (including 13% HST). (

That: Council amends the 2018 Capital Budget to supplement the Bay Beach Site Improvements Project (BAYB16) by $969,017, with $700,000 from the General Levy Rate Stabilization Reserve, $147,960 from the Parkland Reserve Fund, and $121,057 from the Development Charges Reserve Parks and Recreation category, and further That: Council awards the contract for Tender PDS-18T-BAYB16 Bay Beach Site Improvements to Stevensville Lawn Service Inc. for an upset limit of $2,660,077 (including 13% HST), and further That: Council awards the contract for contract administration of the Bay Beach Site Improvements project to The Planning Partnership for an upset limit of $328,265 (including 13% HST), and further Page 6 of 14 Council-in-Committee - 07 May 2018 Meeting Agenda That: Council authorizes the sale of 4152 Erie Road pursuant to the recommendations of the approved Bay Beach Master Plan, with $140,000 of proceeds going to the General Levy Rate Stabilization Reserve and the remainder going to the lakeshore property acquisition fund. (

That: Report No. IS-13-2018 be postponed to the Council-in- Committee Meeting of May 22, 2018. (
