THAT: Mayor Martin be appointed as ActingChair of the Infrastructure Services Business Subdivision portion of the meeting due to Councillors Shular and Steckley being absent. (

THAT: Council approve the amendments to Schedule "A" to the Fee and Charges By-law No. 10-10 "Being a by-law to amend By-law No. 2009-40 - Being a by-law to establish fees and charges for various services provided by the Town of Fort Erie and to amend By-law No. 1999-129 - Being a by-law to establish the Town of Fort Erie Fire Department - Use of Fire Safety Education Trailer Policy" as described in this report, and further THAT: Staff be directed to prepare the necessary amended schedule to the by-law for Council's approval to become effective July 1, 2010. (

THAT: Council hereby award Contract No. ISF.02-2010 - Restoration of the Metal Roof and Wall Coating at Crystal Ridge Arena to Flynn Canada Ltd. in the amount of $153,800.00 (excluding gst/hst). (

THAT: Council be advised that full one-time funding of the "Fort to Falls Connection" Inter- municipal Transit Service has been granted by the Business Education Council of Niagara's "Niagara Prosperity Initiative 2010" in the amount of $77,443.24, and further THAT: Council authorize an extension of the existing service contract entered into with the City of Niagara Falls (Niagara Transit) for the provision of the fully funded summer "Fort to Falls Connection" Inter-municipal Transit Service, and further THAT: Staff be authorized to prepare the necessary by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the "Fort to Falls Connection" Inter-municipal Transit Service contract extension on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie and its partners. (

THAT: Council hereby receive this report for information purposes only. (

THAT: The Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie hereby authorizes Mayor Martin to travel to Richmond, Virginia for discussions regarding the Canadian Motor Speedway Development from April 30-May 2, 2010 at an approximate cost of $700.00. (

THAT: The Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie hereby adjourns at 6:27 p.m. (
