Closed Special Council in Committee

THAT: Council-in-Committee does now go into closed session at 5:32 p.m. to discuss the following: (a) Property Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(c) of Municipal Act, 2001, as amended – A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board) Re: Consideration of Purchase of Vacant Lands for Industrial Development Purposes (b) Property Matter (Pursuant to Section 239(2)(c) of Municipal Act, 2001, as amended – A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board) Re: Consideration of Disposition of Lands Fronting on Rebstock Road at Crystal Ridge Community Centre for District School Board of Niagara Proposed New School for Ridgeway/Crystal Beach Area (

THAT:Section 14.12 of Council Rules of Procedure By-law No. 145-06, as amended, be suspended in order to forgo the giving of a Notice of Motion in the matter of reconsidering the purchase of vacant lands for industrial development purposes. (

THAT:The matter of the consideration of the purchase of vacant lands for industrial development purposes (Part Block W Part Lot 525, Village of Bridgeburg, Part 14 on Reference Plan 59R-1252) be reconsidered. (

THAT:Staff be directed to act in accordance with Option B as contained in the Confidential Memorandum of the Interim Chief Administrative Office dated June 16, 2014. (

THAT: The Special Meeting of Council-in-Committee does hereby adjourn at 6:04 p.m. (
