THAT:The Garrison and Thompson Road median conversion budget be amended from $77,725 to $18,625 thereby addressing only the conversion of the medians on Thompson Road (conditional upon consultation with Walmart, No Frills and the new LCBO as well as Communities-in-Bloom, with the Capital Budget of $8,313,755 remaining unaltered pending further consideration of the budget). (

THAT:The 2014 Capital Budget of $8,313,755 as per Appendix “1”, as amended, to Report No. CBC-01-2014 be approved and the by-law be submitted for Council approval on February 10, 2014, and further THAT:As required by Ontario Regulation 284/09 Council approves the exclusion of amortization from the 2014 Operating Budget. (
