THAT:Council hereby receives Report No. CDS-01-09 as an update on the Region's Growth Management Strategy, Niagara Gateway and Economic Zone and Centre Report and the Master Servicing and Development Strategy for the Fort Erie Business Park for information purposes, and further THAT:A copy of Report No. CDS-01-09 be forwarded to the Regional Municipality of Niagara and Fort Erie Economic Development Corporation for information purposes. (

THAT:The street name Levy Court be approved as a new street in the Levy Subdivision and added to the list of approved street names as per Street Naming Policy By-law No. 15-04. (

THAT:The Town enter into a Subdivision Agreement with 1769052 Ontario Limited for Levy's Court Subdivision, and further THAT:The developer be allowed to pre-service the subdivision prior to the registration of the Subdivision Agreement subject to receipt of the final drawings, security deposit, cash payment, approvals, insurance certificate and letter of indemnification to the satisfaction of the Town, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council to amend Zoning By-law No. 129-90 by removing the holding provisions after the developer has entered into a Subdivision Agreement with the Town, and further THAT:The street name Levy Court be approved as a new street in the Levy Subdivision and added to the list of approved street names as per Street Naming Policy By-law No. 15-04, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Subdivision Agreement and associated documents. (

THAT:The Town enter into a Site Plan Agreement with Dr. Barbara Yu-Siao for the proposed conversion of an existing dwelling to a Dental Office/Clinic located on the south side of Garrison Road, west of Helena Street, subject to receipt of the final drawings to Town's satisfaction and the inclusion of a special provisions clause in the Site Plan Agreement to provide temporary relief from the provision of handicapped access and barrier free washrooms to allow Dr. Yu-Siao six months to put a plan in place to bring the commercial structure up to accessibility standards with the work to be completed within one year, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council to amend Zoning By-law No. 129-90 by removing the holding provision, and further THAT:A by-law be submitted to Council authorizing the Mayor and the Clerk to execute the Site Plan Agreement, as amended, and requisite documents. (

THAT:Report No. CDS-05-09 regarding the Ridgeway/Thunder Bay Neighbourhood Plan and the Erie Beach Community Plan be received for information purposes, and further THAT:A copy of this report be forwarded to the Neighbourhood Community Focus Group, the Ridgeway Business Improvement Area Board, and the Regional Niagara Planning and Development Department. (
